RETURN POLICY

Only products purchased directly from Uzsquare.com can be returned to Uzsquare. Uzsquare products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policies.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order was received.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, have been washed, or are altered in any way.

Items listed as "Final Sale", "Clearance” cannot be returned for a refund.

Shipping charges incurred at checkout are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Any applicable taxes related to the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items returned without prior authorization from our customer service representative will not be accepted.

Our refund will be processed after we have received and inspected your returned package. Your refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned parcel.

Do you provide free return/exchange?
No, UZSQUARE does not provide free returns. Buyers need to pay for the return shipping fee unless it is product defects. If it is product defect, please refer to our warranty page. Although UZSQUARE provides pre-paid label for return shipping, the cost of pre-paid label will be deducted from the final refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address, and other information carefully before making payment. Once the order is placed, UZSQUARE staff rush to pack and ship your ordered products. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at support@uzsquare.com as soon as you can. If we haven't processed your order, we can cancel it for you for free, however, your order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped.
WRONG SHIPMENT
If you receive the wrong products or short shipment, please contact us at support@uzsquare.com, we will send you the correct products for free and take care of the return with no extra charge.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
